The textile belt from Coimbatore to Salem may soon have a one stop shop for all information relating to textile industry, be it cotton, spinning mill, weaving, looms and allied machinery, garment or garment accessories.A comprehensive directory of all people in the trade in the region will be available at a sub-contract exchange, to be set up by the Textiles and Garments Exporters Association, says S. Sivananthan, secretary of the association.To start with the association plans to provide information about fabric and garment exporters and allied traders.For details contact E. T.
