Fairpro (Foundation for Fair Practices in Property Development), started in 1999 by property developers in Chennai, has now been re-named as Credai Tamil Nadu. To mark its new avatar, Credai Tamil Nadu plans to host a mega residential project exhibition in the city in January 2008. Besides becoming part of a national body for the property development industry, Credai Tamil Nadu will include members of Coimbatore Property Developers Association, giving it a greater leverage to take up industry-related issues.Dec 14, 2007
