Two Government Law College students Arrested over Violence
Two students of the Government Law College near Marudhamalai here were arrested on Thursday in connection with the violence in the college on November 13. Adhiban Dayanidhi, a first year student and Karthik, doing his final year law degree, were produced before the Judicial Magistrate VI and remanded. Police had removed 69 students of this college on November 13 when they protested against the previous day’s incidents at the law college in Chennai. They were let off that evening, but police registered First Information Reports on 38 students later and were on the look out for them.
