Beijing's KWE expands in Coimbatore
Beijing Kintetsu World Express (BKWE), has commenced full-scale operations from its third warehouse in Shenyang, predicting that there will be an increase in demand for freight forwarding in the lead up to the Beijing Olympics next year. Based on this predicted increase, BKWE will continue to establish new warehouses in China’s major cities in the upcoming years.
Given the limitations of existing 2,350 square metres warehouse space, BKWE has constructed this new 1,800 square metres facility to respond to increasing demand. BKWE has experienced strong demand within China for the procurement and distribution of power generator equipment.
In addition to its Chinese expansion, KWE has also established a new office in India. The new business site is located in Coimbatore city in the west of TamilNadu, a state in southern India to ‘strengthen the imports for multi-national start-up companies and the export of local goods’. This is the ninth office of KWE in India.
