Puravankara footprints in Coimbatore
Puravankara Projects has announced its plan to promote a Rs 300-crore standalone residential project in Chennai’s IT corridor. It is also in the process of creating a land bank for promoting large residential townships around the city. Puravankara’s first project on OMR, Chennai’s IT corridor, named Purva Swan Lake will offer over 600 apartments of two and three bedrooms. It has acquired about 10.6 acre at Kelambakkam in the IT corridor for the project.Further, Puravankara has set its sight on the emerging Coimbatore market. It plans to develop 2.2 million sq ft on Tiruchi Road,Coimbatore . “It will be a mix of commercial and residential space. We have plans for other tier II cities too in Tamil Nadu. However, we have laid down a structured growth path for us in the state and projects will be launched as per the plan,” Puravankara said.
