TANTEA workers on strike
Udhagamandalam: Thousands of workers of the Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation (TANTEA) in various parts of the district abstained from work on Saturday. It was in support of their demands including a wage revision.They staged demonstrations at many places including Nelliyalam, Naduvattam, Cherangode, Coonoor and Kotagiri.
