Prize winner in flower show
Udhagamandalam: In the competitions held as part of the 111th Annual Floral Carnival, which concluded here on Sunday, the Tamil Nadu Governor's Rolling Cup for the garden of the year was bagged by the Defence Services Staff College (DSSC).It also won the prizes for the large private garden (above 10,000 Sq. metres) and outstanding private garden (between 5000 and 10,000 Sq.metres ).The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu ever rolling gold cup for the Bloom of the Show went to the Cosmic Ray Laboratory.The prize for the outstanding estate garden was won by Krithiya Jayaraman of Havukkal Estate,Kotagiri.The PWD Minister Durai Murugan distributed prizes for the winners here on Sunday.
