Coimbatore: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the introduction of Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).Through the system, the BSNL customers could be informed about their bill details such as bill date, bill amount and pay-by-day after the despatch of the bills.The service would also remind the subscribers to pay their telephone bills before the pay-by-date. Customers who had not paid their bills would be reminded after the pay-by-date with a request to pay their bills on time.Customers could also know the details of their outstanding bills by dialling toll free numbers 19611/19612, a release from the BSNL said.
