As part of an awareness campaign on heart diseases, a ‘Walk for Your Heart’ will be organised from the Coimbatore Cosmopolitan Club on September 23 at 7 a.m. by the Dr.J.K.P Medical Center.C.K.Gandhirajan, Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore, will flag off the march. About 400 people are expected to participate. They will complete one round around Race Course. They will carry banners and placards displaying slogans on risk factors, habits and other causes for heart diseases and the various life style modifications required to prevent them.
