K.S.G. College of Arts and Science will host the ‘Science for Sanitation’ 2007 programme.According to a college release, the programme has been launched by the Government of Tamil Nadu through Tamil Nadu Council for Science and Technology, its scientific wing, in six corporations.The main objective of this is to create awareness on proper sanitation among the public and students by way of lectures, rallies and exhibitions.The Government has identified the college as the nodal point for implementing the programme. It will be conducted in collaboration with the Coimbatore Corporation in December.
