Autoprint bagged prestigious award
Autoprint Machinery Manufacturers P. Ltd., Coimbatore, have bagged the prestigious Regional export Award for the year 2005-06 for outstanding export performance under SSI category, from the Hon Chief Minister of Puducherry Shri. N Rangasamy, at a function held at Puducherry recently.Autoprint are marketers and manufacturers of offset printing machinery and allied equipment, with over 6000 installations and globally present in 36 countries. The Engineering Export Promotional Council (EEPC) which has instituted this award, is an independent body constituted by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, and aims at providing technical support and marketing assistance to companies for identification of newer overseas markets and promotion of Indian products internationally.Autoprint has its presence in the global market in many African countires like Kenya, Ghana, Tanzanaia, Uganda etc, Asian/South East Asian countries Japan, China, Malayisa, Sirlanka, Phillipines, Indonesia etc, and in the West including U.S A and UK. Apart from Machinery and equipment, Autoprint also exports components to printing machinery manufacturers in Japan and USA. The company has manufacturing units at Coimbatore and Himachalpradesh, headed by Mr.C.N Ashok Director Commercial and Mr. K.G Suresh Director – Technical. The company also has Joint Venture operations with Setmasters, U.K to manufacture Paper Collating equipment and Mida Macquniaria, Spain to manufacture label printing machinery.The award was received by Mr. K.G Suresh Director Technical and Mr. P.S Balasubramanian – General Manager. Autoprint has received the EEPC Award for the second time in the last 3 years.
