Samsung India Electronics Limited has inaugurated its Samsung Plaza on Sir Shanmugham Road here.A release from the company said similar stores were located in Chennai and Madurai. The 1,600 sq.ft. retail outlet was the first brand shop of the company here and the fifth in the State. The showroom had the “Easy View” range of flat televisions and its flat panel televisions, apart from its other products such as home appliances and lifestyle products.“The Samsung Plazas not only provide us with a platform to showcase our leading technology products but also serve as important points of customer interaction,” said V.L. Narayan, its Vice-President.Samsung India is a 100 per cent owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics.
