A State-level Farmers Day will be held on June 25 at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU). Agriculture Minister, Veerapandi S.Arumugam, will release new varieties developed by TNAU. Minister for Rural Industries and Animal Husbandry, Pongalur N. Palanisamy, will release new implements . Minister for Khadi and Village Industries Board, K. Ramachandran, will release new management technologies. An exhibition highlighting new technologies andvarieties to be released will also be held. TNAU scientists will explain the advantages and special features of the technologies.
