Ex-servicemen Job
Vacancies are available for ex-servicemen who had served in the C and D Groups of the Assam Regiment. According to a press release from the Assistant Director (in-charge), Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Coimbatore, there are seven vacancies allotted to Tamil Nadu, out of the total 187. The positions of plumber, electrician and driver are available for the C Group men, while that of carpenter and tailor are available for the D Group men. Those who are eligible and are interested can contact the Assistant Director of the Coimbatore Welfare office, the release added.Ex-servicemen, interested in being appointed as franchisees by Castrol India Limited, can approach the Assistant Director (in-charge), Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Coimbatore. According to an official release, the company is looking for persons interested in establishing a franchisee service centre of Castrol Bike Zone. Those who have the requisite space and the capacity to procure equipment worth Rs. 25 lakh (approximately) can contact the Assistant Director for details.
