Postal Dept Added Service

The Department of Posts has extended its service of delivering speed post articles on Sundays and Postal holidays to more areas here. According to a release from the department, the service was available in Coimbatore HO, RS Puram HO, Ramnagar SO and Tatabad SO. It is now extended to areas covered by Coimbatore Central SO, Ramanathapuram SO, Pappanaickenpalayam SO and Peelamedu SO. The department has appealed to the speed post senders to mention the telephone numbers of the recipients to facilitate delivery of the articles on holidays.
