Tamil Nadu Agricultural University celebrated National Education Day on November 11 on the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, first Union Minister of Education. A sensitisation programme and video conferencing with Cornell University faculty on agricultural education was held. More than 800 students and faculty members participated. The Department of Agricultural and Rural Management of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will hold Conoscenza’08, a national-level management meet on November 19 and 20. The two-day meet will have events to judge the management acumen of the participants.
