Two day Training class @ TNAU
A two-day training on ‘Value Added Products from Banana’ will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on April 16 and 17.
According to a university release, training will be provided on the following processing technologies – banana flour, noodles, milk shake powder, jam, beverages, pseudo-stem candy and banana fig.Those interested can attend the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000. Participants should register before April 15.
