A batch of 33 Tax Return Preparers (TRPs) here completed training in Information Technology at NIIT recently.According to a release, they will receive a commission from the Department to assist the new taxpayers in filing returns.Speaking at the convocation of the NIIT Institute, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (Coimbatore Circle), S. Saravana Kumar, said that the scheme was a unique initiative to encourage young men and women to embark on a career as TRPs and also as financial advisors to small and marginal tax payers.
