District Collector Neeraj Mittal has asked voters of all the 15 Assembly constituencies in the district to furnish a passport size photograph on or before July 5 for including them in the photo voter rolls.The Collector said that the draft photo voter rolls were published on May 25. To ensure 100 per cent inclusion of photographs of voters in the electoral rolls village administrative officers, revenue inspectors, people’s welfare workers or tax collectors would visit them.Voters could handover the photographs at taluk offices or the electoral registration officers.
