Finance and Consumer Exhibition

Visitors at a stall at the Finance and Consumer Exhibition in Coimbatore on Friday.Here is an opportunity for those looking out for investment options, insurance products or bank assistance.Colour Code Advertising Events is conducting a three-day finance and consumer exhibition (FACE 2007) at Suguna Auditorium. It will be on till July 8. About 80 participants have put up stalls under three broad titles: insurance, banking and investment. Insurance companies, private investment companies and banks have taken space at the exhibition. The banks offer personal loans, housing loans and other products. Some of them have special offers and on-the-spot sanction too.

The insurance companies have displayed their products for life insurance, general insurance and special schemes too.The investment companies have mutual fund and similar products.“The aim is to create awareness about the different products and also help customers know about different products in each of these categories,” says Ravi Kumar, Managing Director of the organising company. This is the third edition of the annual programme and last year, the participants were able to achieve totally Rs. 2 crore business during the three days.Apart from financial products, a lot of consumer goods, food items and beauty products are also on display. Entrance is free and cultural events are organised. “Though most of the participating companies have branches here, the visitors get to see various financial products from different institutions under one roof,” he says.
