HCL launches Digi Life store
HCL Infosystems Limited has launched HCL Digi Life store in Coimbatore.The store houses a range of digital life style products from digital cameras, computers, camcorders and gaming consoles to gaming PCs.“The range of products and the shopping experience is what makes the difference at the Digi Life store,” said Vivek Siegell, country head – retail of HCL.It was not just the computers but also entertainment products from leading brands that were available at the store, he said.The aim was to showcase to the customers how the different products could be seamlessly converged to create the desired impact. “It gives a complete solution.” Another feature at the store was the gaming zone.Mr. Siegell told presspersons here on Friday that the Digi Life store concept was less than a year old and already 40 stores had been established.Five of these were company owned outlets.The investment for each store was Rs. 35 lakh to Rs. 40 lakh.The company planned to take the total number of these stores to 100 by the end of December this year.
