‘Free Installation’ by TREND MICRO
Coimbatore: Network antivirus and Internet content security software services provider Trend Micro is offering ‘Free Installation’ support for its SMB products.The company has in a release said customers seeking such support could either call the Toll Free number or send an email to insmbsupport@trendmicro.com quoting the valid licence key of the product and log the request. The activities covered under free installation include scanning the network for virus, virus clean up and installation of the product with current patch updates.The company had earlier this year announced technical helpdesk service for its ‘Worry-Free’ range of products for its SMB customers. Commenting on this development, Niraj Kaushik, Country Manager (India and SAARC), Trend Micro, said free installation support would help minimise the time spent by channel partner in selling the company’s solutions and optimise expensive technical resource for driving their business forward. The support is available across 44 locations in India.
