Coimbatore District Jama-ath has announced that Yavmul Arafa Day would be observed on December 20 and Arafa fast would begin from then and Bakrid would fall on December 21.A release from general secretary of the Jama-ath M.I. Mohammed Ali said that Dul Haj moon was not sighted on December 10, hence Dul Quida had ended with 30 days and Dul Haj month had begun from December 11.Hence, the Hilal Committee had decided to go as per the above schedule for the Arafa fast and Bakrid.
