Property fair “Namma Veedu” by HDFC

They can compare the offers from various builders and choose the best deal. Most of the builders have attractive concessions for spot booking. They are showcasing upcoming projects not just in Coimbatore but other parts of the country too.Presidium has two projects coming up on Avinashi Road and in Saibaba Colony. The one on Avinashi Road, Presidium Wisteria, is available for Rs. 6,350 per sq.ft. and Sai Bahar in Saibaba Colony, for Rs. 4,250 per sq.ft. for spot bookings.This is the third time HDFC is organising such a fair. “The response from the Coimbatore crowd is overwhelming. The market is looking up and the costs in Coimbatore are more controlled than in Chennai,” says Mathew Joseph, Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, HDFC. “Customers can choose, find and finance a good deal here,” he adds. The bank is also offering 0.25 per cent off on interest rates.
India Builders is offering Rs. 200 concession for every sq.ft. for spot booking. Their latest project is coming up in Coimbatore near Avila Convent. The price ranges from Rs. 50 lakh to 60 lakh.TVH Ekanta has an apartment coming up behind GV Residency. It would offer an open terrace in addition to a balcony for each apartment. The price ranges from Rs. 32 lakh to 75 lakh.Deccan Estates and Constructions Limited is launching its first project in Coimbatore at Olympus. The complex, which will be ready by December 2009, will house 256 apartments.HDFC is offering spot approvals on home loans. Counselling and guidance will be offered by officials from HDFC in choosing the best options. A help desk on property guidance is also available. The fair will be on till December 2.
