Sky diving programme @ Sulur Air Force
The Directorate of Air Force Adventure from New Delhi is conducting a ten-day sky diving programme at Air Force Station, Sulur. The objective was to create adventure awareness in the Southern Region. Skydiving programme include ground training and thereafter jumping from a helicopter from 6,000 ft and above with a parachute. The parachute will open at 3,000 ft and land at the designated area. Wing Commander, Jayashankar, national adventure awardee in Aerospace from Tamil Nadu and Kerala would be the Chief Instructure.
