The Popular Front of India (PFI), an outfit of the Manitha Neethi Pasarai (MNP), is planning a freedom parade on August 15 at four places in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. A release from MNP said that the freedom parade will be held at Kochi, Wayanad in Kerala, Madurai in Tamil Nadu and Mangalore in Karnataka. The police officials have been formally informed of the proposed freedom parade and the rehearsals being conducted. At the parade an average of 1,000 people are expected to participate in each place.
