Kirtilal Tided Up With Rohit Bal
Gold and diamond jewellery retailer Kirtilals has tied up with designer Rohit Bal for a range of designer diamond jewellery. The high-end collection will have a mix of both Indian and western pieces with a traditional flavour and will complement Mr Bal’s clothing collection, Kirtilals CEO Kishore G Paramasivan told . The collection will include necklaces, earrings and bangles, among other things. “Our tie-up with Rohit Bal will sync with our mission to bring Indian jewellery designs to various international markets across the globe,” Kirtilal Kalidas Jewellers MD T Shantakumar said during the launch of its fine diamond jewellery range in Chennai recently. The pieces in the range are priced upwards of Rs 3 lakh. To be ready by September-end, the Rohit Bal collection would be available at all Kirtilals showrooms and at the designer’s retail outlets. “As a fashion designer, I’m very glad to start designing jewellery with Kirtilals creating exquisite and contemporary designs that will hit the market soon,“ Bal said. Kirtilals has showrooms in Coimbatore, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Ludhiana and Vijayawada.
