Vijay Kumar (Law and Order) said here on Thursday. Mr.Vijay Kumar was delivering his inaugural address at the Tamil Nadu Home Guards 20th State Level Professional and Sports Meet at the Police Recruit School Grounds on Avanashi Road in the city.
