As part of the Central Government-funded scheme being implemented in the State, “A” Register and Chitta records pertaining to land survey were being computerised in respect of all the nine taluks in the district. The Tamil Nadu Land Administration Management Scheme has been introduced and records pertaining to all taluks in the State have been hosted on the web with the help of the software developed by National Informatics Centres. Henceforth, public could access this website by punching the survey number and patta number for accessing the land details for verification. The website would also indicate the government poromboke lands, a release from the District Collector, V. Palanikumar said. The printed records downloaded from this website could be furnished with the application to the tahsildars for their signature. The website address is http://eservices.tn.gov.in
