Visitors discussing a product displayed at the Property Show that opened in Coimbatore on Friday. The Property Show organised by Spark Creations at the Suguna Kalyana Mandapam is the ideal place for those who are on the look out for an apartment, villa or any other property in Coimbatore.With more than 80 stalls, the fair has an impressive list of property developers participating in it. Companies from Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and even Pune are taking part. The exhibition also gives a fair idea of the trends in the industry and the latest projects of leading builders in South India. “Coimbatore has immense potential for real estate. The fair creates an opportunity for the public to learn about the projects introduced by various builders,” said M.Srinivasan, partner of Spark Creations. Apartments starting from Rs.25 lakh to Rs.30 lakh are promoted by the builders. Some companies even undertake bookings at the fair.
Sri Vatsa Foundations Private Limited is coming up with a project at Nallampalayam. 19 deluxe four-floor (ground floor included) apartments are available from Rs.43 lakh to Rs.49 lakh. Most of the apartments have already been booked. The company is also undertaking a new project of individual villas at Somayampalayam. The bookings of these villas are open. Vakil Housing Development Corporation is promoting their upcoming projects at Hosur and Bangalore.
Apart from property developers, the fair includes construction materials, solar water heaters, electrical earthing, interior and exterior decoration, construction chemicals, furniture and furnishings. It also has stalls offering home loans and insurance policies. Sahara City Homes, Sakthi Constructions, Acer Infrastructure and Arjee Constructions, are some of the participants. Entry is free. The fair is open till July 20.
