The month-long mega art competition ‘Kolor Champ 2008,’ organised by Global Art India concluded on August 30. The final was held in Chennai, which was attended by 3,000 children from across the country. According to a release from the company, the event, organised for the second consecutive year by Global Art India, part of SIP Academy India, attracted more than one lakh children in the preliminary rounds held across various cities in India.The competition drew participation from 11 cities - Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, New Delhi, Erode, Hyderabad, Puduchery, Pune, Secunderabad, Tirupur and Vijayawada. The children were in the age-group of 4-15 years.
