Training Programme
A two-day training programme on ‘value added products from banana’ will be conducted at the Post Harvest Technology Centre of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) from September 4. It will include processing technologies of banana figs, banana flour, banana flour based weaning food mixes, banana milkshake powder, banana sweet and hot candies from pseudo stem, banana flower pickle and ready-to-serve beverages.
