Training Programme In Processed Vegetable Products

A training in processed vegetable products will be held at the Post Harvest Technology Centre of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on September 23 and 24. Training will be given in the processing technologies such as instant soup mix, tomato pickle, mixed vegetable pickle, onion pickle, ready to use mixes, mushroom sauce and sweet potato flour.
