The Centurian’s Association to Recover Earth and Centurian’s Environmental Association to Save Earth jointly organised a ‘world ozone day’ awareness camp in Tirupur for children recently. About 250 students and 25 teachers took part. A rally was also organised as part of the camp. The rally and camp aimed at creating awareness among the public on pollution, ozone layer depletion and global warming and to encourage the use of fuel-free vehicles.
