MRON Opened Service Centre In Coimbatore
MRON International, a manufacturer and IT peripherals distribution company, has opened a new service center in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to offer faster and efficient service to partners. Speaking on the occasion, Naveen Garg, Director, MRON International, said, "This exclusive service center in the city will offer partners extended cut-offs and result in faster response to their needs. MRON will be able to fulfill their requirements in much more efficient and effective way." As per the company, this center is well-equipped with skilled staff, and has proper infrastructure and adequate buffer stock to meet the needs of rapidly growing customer base.Moreover, the company will make the entire RMA process online for the customers to check the warranty and generate the RMA number for fast tracking. This service center will not just attend to the warranty products, but also out-of-warranty products on a chargeable basis. "We have taken this initiative to cut down on the transit delay and we are more focused on upcountry sales. We need to have service hub in key locations to support our customers and partners in the small locations," added Garg.
