Spl Trains

In order to clear the rush of passengers owing to the festival season, the Southern Railway has announced operation of special trains on the Coimbatore – Chennai – Coimbatore sector. A release from the Southern Railway, Salem division, said that train number 0622 will leave Coimbatore on October 14, 21 and 28 and train number 0621 will leave Chennai on October 15, 22 and 29. Train number 0622 will leave Coimbatore at 11.45 p.m. and reach Chennai Central at 8.30 a.m. the next day.

It will stop at Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur and Chennai Central. Train number 0621 will leave Chennai Central at 11.45 p.m. and reach Coimbatore at 7.45 a.m. It will have stops at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore North and Coimbatore.
