2,500 students Participated In Young Expressions

Rotary Club of Coimbatore Satellite and Rotaract Club of CUG in association with Students Creative Council, recently organised conducted ‘Young Expressions,’ an inter-school competition at Mani Higher Secondary School. Over 2,500 students from 38 schools participated in the competition, which had over 15 events, said N.Sabreesh, Mr. Expressions.Ashwin of Lisieux Matriculation Higher Secondary School won a gold coin for being elected ‘Mr. Expressions’. Tanya of Sindhi Vidhyala Matriculation Higher Secondary School, won the same as ‘Ms. Expressions.’

Karthick of SBOA School, won an ipod for ‘outstanding performance.’ Project Secretary, Rotaract Club of CUG. Sarath Babu, Chief Executive Officer of Food King Catering Private Limited, inaugurated the event. Erick Gilbert Jose, Deputy Commandant, Rapid Action Force, handed over the rolling trophy to Lisieux School. Winner of various events would be given free training worth Rs.1,000 each on Web Development by Students Software Solutions, Tamil Nadu, and leadership training worth Rs.1,000 each by The Extra Degree, Character Building Institute, said Anmol Vij, President, Rotaract Club of CUG.
