Agreement Signed

K. Ilango, president, CODISSIA (second right), and S. Venkatesh, chairman, Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College (second left), at the signing of the agreement in the city on Tuesday. Coimbatore District Small Industries Association and Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, Pollachi, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for industry-institute cooperation.

A press release that was issued here by the association said that the agreement would enable exchange of resource and knowledge, tapping of potential and joint efforts to improve products. Training and placement programmes, sharing of facilities, joint venture programmes, visits, project work and surveys would be taken up jointly.
