Eye Camp:
The Eye Foundation in association with the District Blindness Control Society will conduct a free eye camp at Maharaja Arts and Science College on December 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Regulatory Order:
The City Police Commissioner, K.C. Mahali, has clamped regulatory orders under Section 41 of the Madras City Police Act prohibiting public assemblies and dharnaswithout prior permission till January 1.
Manekshaw Stamp:
The Department of Posts has said that the recently released postage stamp on Field Marshal Manekshaw would be sold at the Philatelic Bureaux, Coimbatore Head Post Office, Wellington Sub Post Office and other select post offices.
