Training In Processing Of Amla Fruit Products

A training in processing of amla fruit products will be held at the Post Harvest Technology Centre of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on January 29 and 30. According to a TNAU release, trainees will be taught to process amla into various value-added products like squash, pickle, candy, preserve, etc.


Those interested can send a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000 drawn in favour of Dean (Agricultural Engineering), Coimbatore, to Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore – 641003. For details, call 0422-6611268.
