Hindu Newspaper Burnt By Lawers
A section of lawyers numbering nearly 40 staged a demonstration in front of the District Sessions Court Complex and burnt copies of The Hindu. The lawyers burnt copies of the newspaper that carried the pictures of M. Ramasubramani, who was Joint Commissioner of Police, Chennai City North, when the clash took place at Madras High Court premises.
