Coimbatore-based Revathi Equipment Limited has acquired an engineering design solutions company for Rs 30 crore.
In a notification to the NSE, the company said that it has acquired 40% stake in the equity capital of Potential Service Consultants Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, that provides engineering design solutions in the construction industry.
Revathi Equipment has also agreed to acquire another 11% of equity of Potential Service Consultants on a pre-agreed basis of valuation on July 31, 2009.
