KPR Mill Limited, Coimbatore, an integrated export-oriented company, is to set up a state-of-the art modern garment factory and a design studio at Arasur at a cost of Rs 472 crore.The company would also expand its spinning facility at Perundurai to boost its exports, the mill's managing director P Natarajan told reporters here today.KRP Mills, which exports garments to the European Union, wanted to go in for new markets, he said.To fund these projects, his company would come out with an IPO to net Rs 99 crore. The issue would open on August 2 and close on August 7, he added.The price band had been fixed at ranging from Rs 225 to Rs 265 per equity share of Rs 10 each and 59 lakh shares would be issued.
