Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Coimbatore, has commissioned a toll free telephone number 2393000 at the Central Telegraph Office, State Bank Road, Coimbatore, from Thursday. The number could be called for booking complaints exclusively relating to non-functioning of all types of Public Call Offices (Subscriber Trunk Dialling and Coin Collection Box phones) in Coimbatore Short Distance Charging Area (SDCA). The service would be available from 8.00 a.m. to 8 p.m., a release from the Principal General Manager (BSNL) said.
