ESI Extented Scheme
The Employees State Insurance Corporation has extended the ESI Scheme to Ettiveerampalayam and Perumanallur villages from February 1.According to a release, factories employing 10 or more persons for wages and using power in manufacturing process should register with the sub regional office of the ESI Corporation and obtain employers code number.All employees drawing monthly wage of upto Rs. 10,000 should be registered within 10 days
