"Hernia Update" Zonal Conference
The Hernia Society of India will conduct its zonal conference “Hernia Update” on April 4 and 5 at the Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery, V.G.Hospital. According to a release from the society, around200 delegates are expected to attend the conference and the workshop.
Various types of hernia-related surgeries will be demonstrated by doctors from Bangalore, Trichy, Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad. Around 20 patients will be operated upon free of cost using the bio-mesh, dual mesh and other prosthetic devices made of titanium.
