District Collector, V. Palanikumar has invited applications from service minded individuals rendering service for the welfare of senior citizens. In a release, the Collector said that October 1 was being observed as the day for senior citizens and on the day, people serving senior citizens would be presented with Achiever’s Award. The applications could be had from the office of the District Social Welfare Officer. Filled in application forms should be submitted before July 20 to the same office, in person.
