Madras High Court Judge Justice V. Dhanapalan addressing judicial officers in Coimbatore on Friday. Judicial officers should record reasons for any conclusions arrived at by them in any litigation, irrespective of whether the reasoning was acceptable or not by the appellate court, Justice V. He was inaugurating a three day zone-wise training programme for over 60 judicial officers from Coimbatore, the Nilgiris, Erode and Karur districts on “Techniques and Tools for Ensuring Timely Justice” organised at the Tamil Nadu Forest Academy. Mr. Justice Dhanapalan dealt at length about the achievements of Indian courts. He insisted on speedy justice highlighting the finer aspects of case flow management. The three-day programme would fine tune the abilities of the judicial officers in these districts. S.F. Akbar, Director of the Judicial Academy, welcomed the gathering.
