New Range Of Firewall Security

Coimbatore based Xenos Technologies has come out with a new range of firewall security products for two-wheelers. The firewall brand will have two alarms and remote start security products. Xenos, a Pricol group company, was started in 2002 to bridge the gap between the needs of the Indian automotive consumers and technologies available world-wide. Firewall 45 is a high-end two-wheeler security system that comes with a built-in siren. “The control unit and the siren are one combo unit and it comes with two metal remotes at a price of Rs 1250,” said Xenos Technologies chief Jerry Daniel.

Firewall 40 has similar features but it comes with a separate siren and two different models of remotes at a price of Rs 990. Daniel said the company has offered a ‘remote start’ feature. “This works for two-wheelers that are equipped with a self-start facility. In such vehicles, the firewall system can be connected through and the two-wheeler can be started or stopped using the remote transmitter from a distance of 150 feet,” he said. “Cars are our main business. Since the two-wheeler market is also growing at a rapid pace, we have decided to tap the market,” Mr Daniel added.
