The deceased, who was working with a private security agency, had said in the note that he wanted to end his life because of harassment by three authorities of the Coimbatore branch of the company, for having questioned some malpractice indulged in by them. After the post-mortem, the relatives staged the road blockade and said they would take the body only if a copy of the letter was given. Senior Police officials rushed to the spot and persuaded them to disperse. The relatives left with the body after a copy of the letter was given to them.
